For God's sake, you all should shift your attention from Labour Party and Peter Obi alike and focus on some other parties. He's not even in power, he's not the only candidate, yet every party has now assumed opposition against LP and PO.

Ruto's populist "man-of-the-people" approach, which rejected Kenya's traditionally dynastic politics and played on anti-elite sentiment in the country, endeared him to voters.
