kokaneprodigy:they'll have Zero point(the minimum). It was just 3 minutes from the red card to the first goal. But then, I understand you saying it's the situation about the game we should assess. I understand now |

DaniWhizbang:Actually, it would be surprising if they went on to win that game. Diaz was already tired as at 80min leaving only Salah to work on those defenders. If 2 out of Jota, Thiago and Firmino wasn't injured, I believe they would have nicked it but they weren't. Injuries to me was the issue that killed Liverpool ystdy after Nunez foolishness. Seeing Tsimikas, Henderson, Cavalho and Gomez coming in just tells me the extent it hits dem hard. I mean klopp needs goal and he's forced to put in defenders. Too bad!! |

A master of consistency during his time here. He might not give you 10/10 every matchday but be sure to expect at least a 7/10 from him daily. A player without issues or complaints and always mostly available A real legend have retired... Nacho Mon-REAL. Congratulations on a good career achieved. Wishing you the best of football aftermath

Akinbahm:God bless you Honestly arsenal of old will start panicking immediately we conceded that early goal and we might end up drawing or even losing then we blame saliba You are also right that if it was mustafi we no go hear word again |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 2:23pm On Aug 16, 2022 |
iamoyindamola:Lol..how we even score immediately they scored is a thing of joy. I just hope it continues. How the fans did Saliba will help not to dampen his spirit. I remember how Mustafi was once good, how he spiralled downward is just surprising |

Akinbahm:Of all the additions to the first team that improved this season, two were defenders and one attacker. But agenda must agend. The thing is that we haven't really understood the philosophy. A good attack will win you games (just as on Saturday) but a good defense will win you the league. Good attack - short term Good defense - long term That is why coaches start with fewer attacker but throw in more in the dying minutes when they are losing. A team that is winning does not throw in more attackers to secure the win. Instead they defend. So attack is short term plan, while defense is long term. This philosophy cuts across all spheres of life, from business to military warfare, to negotiations, to family life etc. That's why every season Arteta like any good coach tries to strengthen his defense. Does that mean attack is not important? Definitely not. In fact attack is equally as important but like I said it is a short term goal, while the long term is defense. Someone may say, attack is the best form of defense. That's true as it also goes to show that the reason for attacking is defense. As a matter of fact, one if the reasons Arteta preferred Gabriel Jesus is his ability to press. What's pressing? Defending from the front. I hope we are together. |

iamoyindamola:I don't know why they're not looking for CDM. Since Xhaka is balling in that role why not groom Sambi to take over while grooming a young CDM for Partey since we already have Viera for Odegaard. In this way our seamless integration from first team to second team go smooth |

If arteta wants CHO, I absolutely have no problem with it. The boy is good in 1vs1 and can play on both wings to a high degree which will give saka breathing space. Let's also not forget he still young and have his future ahead of him, I have no doubt arteta will help improve his A-game due to his reputation with working with wingers. He'll cook under arteta structure |
