Is Ijebu close to Victoria Island.
How I wish I can see someone to commodate me for at least a month.

Op, your budget should be around 500-700k if you're really serious about getting a room self con in those areas you mentioned

Na JJC u be .....just go and look for ordinary small single room(face me and face u) with no too much ppl within the compound....search for it around ifako gbagada, u should get a neat 1 for 8k to 10k per month that's between 100k to 120k a year and agreement, commission and caution around 70k summing to about 190k

That will be more better for u pending when u can afford a better accommodation....reason I said ifako gbagada is bcoz only few places in oworo r good, most places there r water lodge and secondly gbagada is very expensive so u can either be between d 2 which is ifako or look for a single room in area like miyaki street, olorunfunmi street or some good street adjacent oworo road in oworo
