Just like Young Progressives Party(YPP)&Service to the People mantra in Akwa Ibom State, politicians from the opposition parties are moving in droves to YPP.

I think the new electoral law has given Nigerians some level of confidence, all is required from politicians in such not-too-popular-parties, is to engage in robust issue-based campaigns to the grassroots, let the people know about the party you intend to actualize your ambition.

However most of those "adamant" people didn't really stand a chance, individually.

Secondly The way He convinced them may work for party primaries , but will not work for a National Election , as the latter doesn't use a delegate system and with the new electoral law that limits rigging via electronic transmission of results.
