The last time MANCHESTER UNITED lost their opening two games of the season, they went on to win the league!

It was the 1992/93 season under Sir Alex Ferguson. They lost 2-1 to Sheffield United and 3-0 to Everton.

Despite losing 2 opening games of the season they went on to win the League.
