I have seen job ads requesting applicants to send their CV via WhatsApp, hence the need to ask
Can WhatsApp be used as an official communication?

Why do some organization use WhatsApp as official communication?

Is there any law in Nigeria stating the medium to be used as an official communication channel?

Thats why there are limits to whatsapp communications. U gotta have boundaries.

Only information that self destruct (if I'm permitted to put it that way) should be disseminated.
