No, he may not have anything to do with the importation of rice, he is one of them. He invested the money he made abroad in the Nigerian economy while your preferred candidates steal these monies and invest them abroad? Someone was busy bringing businesses from abroad with money he made there while another was busy siphoning the money and taking them abroad for investments.
