The mistake Putin made in the early days of the war was not going all out to overthrow the Zelensky government and capture Kiev. That should have been the focus from day one, and all the troops and equipment devoted to that. By allowing the Zelensky guy to stay in power, he was able to rally both domestic and international support now Russia is bogged down with no honorable face saving exit options left.

China India make up more than half of world's population.
Africa and south America are sitting this one out.

So other western countries will fold their arms and watch while Russia fight Ukraine with their supersonic weapon or rather they will be busy clapping for Russia. Anyway, glad to tell you that Russia too is scared of the conquencies of using such weapon on Ukraine, by having the knowledge of what the western countries will do in retaliation, and it won't be just economic sanctions.
