A Contract Staff In A Bank Or Station Manager In A Downstream Firm??? by adeddamola(f): 7:13pm On May 11, 2019
Good Evening Nairalanders,

I need your candid and sincere opinion on this issue as it will serve as an aid in my decision making.

I got an offer with a downstream firm as a station manager and the disadvantage is i will work mondays to Saturdays and spend minimum of 12 hours daily at the station. And also as a contract staff in a bank, my fear is what if i am sacked with no prior notice?

I have read several threads online concerning outsourced staffs for banks and the likes.

N.B :- The net monthly income is alike in both firms.

Thank you.

This one still dey ask?

Better drop that phone now & rush down to the filling station.
Resume tonight if possible.

Benefits include:
*Enough tips
*Resetting the pump readings to dupe customers & raise extra income for yourself
*Displaying your personal goods like lubrication oils on station display shelves
*Siphoning fuel & re-selling for your own profit

And most importantly grin
You are at liberty to fire any of the female attendants that refuse to sleep with you & hire new ones.

You don't know what you are sitting on.

I will advise you to take the bank job, reason being for a station manager you won't have time for yourself. As I'm typing this, I'm still at work since morning being a station supervisor. Albeit, I'm still looking for better Offer just to have time and develop myself.

Think about it.

If you really love banking I would advise you to take the banking job provided you have a bsc or trying to get to one. So that u can become full staff. Alternatively if u love business and no zeal to further your education just move to filling station . iI was a contract staff but now a full staff .
All the best
