Hate him or like him, Ronaldo's incredible records and insatiable hunger for success would always set him alongside the Great's. I'm sure if they compile a list of Serie a too, he'll be among. He was the fastest player to net 50, 100 and 150 goals in Italy. Is it Spain you want to talk about. Man is legendary.

He didn't score many goals last season, but he still played outstanding football and you can see how many goals he's scored this season from the pre-season till this moment. Write it down, by the time Messi hung his boots, he would be all time highest goal scorer in football. Messi is a joy to watch.

That said, I think Ronaldo's inclusion is kind of justified for now due to his right side positioning (not much contenders for that position). Other greats like Aguero and Suarez are competing with Shearer as number 9s. Only Salah can battle CR and I'm fine with either although in the long run, Salah will still edge out CR due to his EPL longevity and exploits.
