I will love to know how the preparation starts, it makes sense the way am seeing it ...

Cut your tomatoes and peppers,, ( don't blend, just cut)set aside.

Pour palm oil in the pot don't allow it to heat/bleach, add onions,

Wash the smoked fish and add to the oil. Add Maggie crayfish or any seasoning of choice to the oil and cover to simmer for some mins.

After some time, add the dried ground pepper to the frying fish and stir.
Add the fresh tomatoes and pepper and allow the water from the tomatoes to dry.

When it dries, add your ugu leaves, stir for a few secs and bring down Almost immediately.

Serve with rice.
