Mr. Effiong was not put in the dock, told what his wrong or contempt was, given fair hearing or even an opportunity to recant or purge himself (a courtesy that the Bench should, at the minimum, extend to counsel where counsel’s conduct is said to be contemptuous).

Nigerian Bar Association already said she acted in an unconstitutional matter. She should go and fish them out.

My point in total is that Mr Effiong was playing to the gallery, disrespecting the judge by his conducts and utterances and you guys should admit that. He's causative to his imprisonment.

Bro I do not hate Inehebe, I felt he lacks discretion and he's a danger to himself. As a Lawyer he won't take somebody disrespecting him in his work space. All Lawyers are trained on how to behave in the courtroom. That's what he went to the Law school to learn.

She did not act within the law. Unconstitutional means she did not act within the law. Get it right.

You obviously didn't follow this case without bias, he refused to obey all the directives of the judge insisting that the Judge must do what he asked her to do first. This is happening in a Judge's court. He refused to step aside, refused to de-robe not to talk of stepping into the dock. So what else do you want the judge to do especially given that she's the Chief Judge of the State (Head of the Judiciary). If he gets away disrespecting the Chief Judge, what will he do to other Judges in the State.
If he's your brother, you need to have a private talk with him. You can do your job without been disrespectful.

He is so shocking. The NBA have investigated and made a report after taking into consideration multiple accounts of what happened. They found out she was wrong but this man is hell bent on defending her.
