See, from the beginning of this Thread, references have been made to what NBA said,now let's be clear, that NBA said it does not necessarily make the Judge wrong! Even the NBA President and FEMI FALANA SAN etc..can be so reprimanded if they behave unruly to a Jugde and it will binding unless appealed successfully.
