Most people either pretend those parts don't exist or pretend to find it strange that there are people who like them.
Especially the head and feet.

Just like the guy you qouted, I don't joke with that butt. There's this soft bone and is it fat or so hidden there. Then, they say the laps aren't tasty but I like that part too.

The favorite part of a chicken for me is just the 3rd fingernail on its left leg. I usually eat only this particular fingernail and throw away the rest of the chicken
