Let me educate you. First off, many Nigerians in the diaspora still have valid PVCs and a lot of them will return home to cast their votes. Secondly, those who cannot return will influence their kin in Nigeria on who to vote for. Lastly, no law says campaign funds must be spent from the candidate’s private pocket. People can make donations too, something you can’t be caught dead doing for your candidate. Hope I have educated you well enough sir.
