Starz825:was mane doing the job of eleven players?I mean,he is good quiet ok,but not to the extend that u think the club will crumble without him.his output was clearly dropping towards the end of last season.unsuccessfuk dribbles,falling down at the least touch and all.this necessitated the signing of diaz.it be became sort of a threat for him.mane was good for us,but the team did not revolve around him.what was his stats against sallah's last season? |

Don't even mention sallah...so don't compare both...mane is part of those who made sallah so good..you might not agree but it is what it is...their combo and their healthy competition brought the best out of sallah And for Diaz, he can never ..I mean never can he Fill in for mane... there are not even mate.. Nunez is good but he is new ..he will adapt with time... My point is Liverpool will find it a bit difficult to repeat last season success in this present season.... especially the league.....the competition is now high ...arsenal, totteham, have all joined the race alongside man city.... Any team losing unnecessary point at the early stage especially against smaller teams will have themselves to blame.... Plus,we lost coutnho and no one cud do what he was doing,ironically,the team went on to do greater exploits without him.our problem is much more than mane.teams now know how we play,reason we have to change formation.thet ve found out how to keep sallah quiet,nullify our square play and sit deep.all these we have to find answers to.bringing mane back will make no difference beyond the normal sheets determination of the team. 1 Like |
