ASUU NEC MEETING UPDATE!!

A source just revealed that ASUU has thought about a temporary suspension of the strike for three months. As well, ASUU president will address the public today on the final decision about the strike.

ASUU president, Prof Emmanuel Osedeke said the union would brief Nigerians on what the NEC decided on Monday (Today).

ASUU extends strike action again

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has again, rolled

over its ongoing 5-months-plus strike.

The action of the nation's public university lecturers' union, came after its National Executive Council, NEC meeting held in Abuja.

The meeting which began late Sunday at the University of Abuja's headquarters of ASUU, ended early Monday morning with the resolution that the strike be rolled over.



So Federal Government is saying ASUU is responsible for the Strike and not them since it's still standing on its "no work, no pay" conditions
