Port Harcourt is a joint city with Okrika people owing half and ikwerres owing half there was never an official name for the city.
I don't know where you igbos get this igweocha whatever because igweocha is a foreign name to Okrika people,and none of the Okrika parts of port Harcourt will be called Igweocha. whatever the fvck that means.
