Addiction is the fact or condition of being addicted to a particular substance or activity.

Addiction is a treatable chronic medical disease involving complex interactions among brain circuits, genetics, environment and an individual life experience.
We will be looking at an addiction in the aspects of being Physical and Spiritual.

I believe that the physical aspect of addiction is more difficult to fight that the spiritual aspect.Let's journey together and check these two aspects together.

Let us look at Addiction in terms of Masturbation and Pornography.

Most people have believed that the addiction to masturbation and pornography is nothing but spiritual there is less truth in that, or better still let me say you should judge that yourself after reading this.

Some people don't feel the guilt of masturbating or watching pornography no matter how many times a day or week, while some people feel guilty every time this happens.Two different types of people.There are also some people that don't believe that it's a problem at all.Let me tell you if you are reading this now.

When I was in secondary school I remembered that more than five people will sit and be watching porn in class or when a boy and girl are watching together in the class what should we call that?Either they have entered a stage of acceptance(normal thing) or are not aware of it being bad.

All this explanation is that it's possible to feel guilty and it's possible not to, Let me tell you this if you are reading this and you feel I can get over this it's a possibility let me tell you and you will get over it. And for those that feel it's normal nothing is bad there let me also tell you it's bad and if you won't still accept this. I pray understanding will be granted unto you.
I know you may have fasted and I know you may have prayed that you may have even gone for deliverance. I know you may be tired of your life because of this.

What if it's not spiritual what if it's just a lack of discipline?

PHYSICAL
Let us look at this how do you even watch pornography how did you feel your mind with different sorts of things?
Check this out is this spiritual I use my money to buy my phone I used my money to buy data I still use the hand that God gave to me to search for this content to watch how was this the work of the devil Was he the one that bought the phone for me or what did he do there.

If you understand that it's your phone that gives you access to pornography Taking radical actions what can you do that will give a stop to watching pornography if you're ready for a change follow this:

1) Don't charge the phone let the phone be there uncharged I don't know about you, but if my phone is charged to try and I cannot try it. NO BATTERY NO Porn

2) Even if you need to attend to some things you can't do it if your phone is switched off ok if your phone is on how can it stay semi-t DATA?Try the NO DATA-NO PORN.Don't buy data, it's your money It's your phone don't buy it that is also a way you will not have access to the Internet.

You may be saying I can't do it without data I can't do it without being online.I never thought it was a possibility too Until someone (oluwabusayo Charles) Said he did it he never had a problem being online let me even tell you he is a graphics designer whose work is online based he did it to short down distractions.Which he keeps doing.I have learned from this app and have tried it out twice now a month not been online.I don't think I died(funny). If you want to break free from masturbation and pornography you sit down watching BBN from morning to night all you watch are movies with sex scenes that are what you are interested in.Let me tell you if it's wrong you are feeding your mind with the wrong thing sir/ma.addiction to Korean movies can be a problem, in my little idea I have not seen Korean with sex scenes or stuff but they are full of romantic stuff all this sends stimuli to your body.I am saying you should not watch Korean movies or movies in general No? Don't let anything you have, have you.

You have your phone don't let it have you in whatsoever you do, Do it don't let it do you Guide yourself from all these is very important before coming to conclusion will God switch off your phone or will he tell your network not deliver your data to you when you are watching a BBN will he blind you. This will be very fast this is when it has been targeted to slow you down or make you confused about your purpose and God's plan over your life.After checking your life and having done all that is needed.Pray for God for light and you can also talk to people about it.Let us put in mind that the spiritual can influence the physical.

I may not to watch pornography or masturbate for 2weeks or more later I see myself back there I answered like this. If you can go for a week. Then you go back. It shows that you are improving. Just like a crawling child that wants to Stand. He will keep falling. until he can finally stand. But if the child decides that because he is falling he will not try walking again that is rubbish right? so is this? Even if he has been standing for minutes then he falls.No problem keep it up When he finally stands he will try to walk is possible for the child to fall. He should not be annoyed that he went from walking to crawling again. It is an improvement Give it time it will disappear. IT DOES NOT START IN A DAY AND YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT IT TO VANISH IN A DAY.

Rather than torture yourself with guilt instead accept that addiction is a mental problem... nothing to do with spirits and the lot this since medication has been shown to alter the addictive mind in several cases.

Find yourself a mental health counselor and maybe a clinic where Ibogaine treatment for addiction is offered and go from there.

To Fear God is to think deeply about the horrible place call Hellfire, where punishment for sins is served forever with no possiblity for escape... Jesus said their fire is not quenched and their worms do not die.

Let's not forget that porn and other sexual sins are not the only sins. In fact, according to the Bible, pride and hypocrisy are worse than sexual sins put together. Remember the story of the woman caught in adultery: think of what Jesus told the hypocrites who accused and wanted to stone her to death.

May Jesus help us to Overcome in all things.

Fellow, I thought I would just ignore your reply, and I already did, but while checking something on this thread I thought again I should tell you something you might like to consider: if you think I've got a bit of sense at least.

I doubt you remember the other time we chatted—I don't know how many months or years ago—I mentioned something about you checking your Salvation (maybe with this or another moniker of mine).

Yes, you seem to know the Bible a lot, and might be very religious, but unfortunately, it seems your Bible knowledge is doing Much Harm than Good for you: Remember the Devil knows much more. Please have a think, and consider your ways. I hope you get light on it.

That said, what you said or quoted is good and correct, but as usual, you sounded argumentative, not edifying. The bible even says we should avoid people who do such.

However, mine was also correct, especially in the context of overcoming addictions like porn and it's blood brother: masturbation.

I have overcome the two brothers and many other sins since 2010 by God's help. And what I said helped me. Also God used the massive life-threatening trouble I got in to make me hate Sins in general. And the battle is on against the flesh, sin, satan and the world.

Nonetheless, please, this is not to argue with you, but maybe God will give grace to have light on some things. Just ignore it if still doesn't make sense to you. I'm sure those of us who need to learn will humble ourselves and learn.

2. I am here to witness the Truth of God, Jesus Christ, not the "edify" you or anyone else. I only answer to Jesus Christ who sent His own to teach the Gospel and Law in the Kingdom of God to the world, not to pander to the egos of men.
