Well I think in terms of accomodation, the Igbos across the Niger need to be more accommodative. There's this perception about them that non easterners can't even stay in that region and own properties. We don't need to argue about this. It's truth. They need to open up also in this aspect. Igbos easily settle down and acquire properties in other regions but it can't be same for non Igbos across the Niger.


As for most Yorubas shouting about Lagos....
Bruuhhhh, Lagos is like a semi autonomous region. Lagos was like Hong Kong before Chinese development. Many hands built Lagos and yes the west is also tribalistic but they cannot stretch that tribalistic arm towards Lagos. They are trying to do it in this election but bruuhh, shit won't work.

Yes we respect indigenous population of Lagos and we respect friendly Yorubas who are open minded about Lagos. Everyone is contributing their quota to Lagos. Trust me only Yorubas won't have been able to build Lagos to this stage given present reality of things. If they would have, then by now other Yoruba cities or ports would be thriving. Even Port Novo in Benin republic would be thriving. So it's not like Yorubas are experts at this Lagos thing.

Nope, they're not....I repeat nope. Lagos is a culmination of many factors of which the best of leaderships from the yorubas has had to be provided combined together with hosting of the nation's elite which has worked together. Hence the developmental strides....

Nigerias economy is an importation based economy, virtually everything we use is imported even the drugs that will be used to correct your malfunctioning brain. This is because the cost of producing anything here is higher than importing them from china because your useless government cannot fix electricity.
Because of this, everyone, including companies will have have to move close to the seaport to make this importations easier. Even big multinationals do huge importations of not just finished products by raw materials and chemicals hence they need to be domicile close to Lagos and where big companies go, people follow because of employments.
