I understand your pain, but it's not all tech startups that do this just that bad news has more PR.

Companies like Paystack, Digicore, TeamApt and the rest are great examples.

So you guys mean to tell us that in Nigeria we can have a Tech set up without issues?

Not just Tech setup. Even ordinary setup is full of toxic bosses. First it was that gym owner guy (put it wherever you wanna put it guy), the flutterwave, now this.

Nigerians,, we can do better than this.

I know his father. Rich kids cannot just manage anything. First it was diamond bank's ceo's son who mismanaged diamond bank and brought it down to ruins.

When it comes to business, allow competency to precede over family.
Is it FirstBank former DMD's son as the name sounds alike

You mean that your own senator failed to force Buhari to leave office and you reelected him also?
Does that make you a hypocrite
Point of correction, I didn't reelect my senator.

In case you want to leave the core of my point and look to stir up contention. You can continue.

This is just a cover-up to the systematic elimination of people from CEO's position based on planned setup by people from a particular region. As I posted about five or six months ago, nearly all the complainants of workplace abuse are from a particular region while 98% of accused CEOs are from a particular region. The immediate beneficiary of the replaced CEOs are always from the region of those complainants (supposed victims) of workplace abuse. It then shows most of the time that it was a planned setup.

Looking critically at this one, this is quite difference as the complainants, suspended CEO and the beneficiary CEO are from the same region.

Nigeria has a people's problem. And not a youth and older person issue

mach7:
Now, this a youth. Probably he will be among those who will be clamouring for the old men to retire and for youths to take over.

Give certain youths power, and their true colours begin to show.

If you tell them that good leadership isn't by age, but rather by values, discipline, tenacity and ability to inspire others, they will gather and attack you.

It is well.

I agree. Just like Festus Keyamo turned from voice of the oppressed to oppressor after he went into government. Same with Desmond Elliot. Power truly corrupts like they say.

Break the damn table.
Igbos carry their victim mentality into the workplace by laying false and unfounded accusations against Yoruba execs. This is usually done when they feel they are in line of succession. That is what they did at MTN, Healthplus and other places.
Unfortunately, the new appointees are scavengers not builders.

What's in the soul of most Nigeria is to get money and power and oppress ....
May the Lord Jesus redeem my soul from greed and Lust ...
We see this tendencies in corporate bodies especially with a society that had no regulation over sexual misconduct as long as you are the boss.

The accused CEO, EKE URUM is Delta Igbo.

Mind you, the tribal origin of the accuser/s was not even mentioned.

Can you now agree with me this fine Tuesday morning that you and the person you quoted are both m*d?

You lot are so stupid that calling you stupid would be a compliment.

Shame.

We kept telling them if God pick your call be careful, be discipline, have manners and self control failure to have these qualities the same God that picked your call will abadon you and allow your stupidity to torture you.

The potopoto face he-goat will learn in a hard way now.

Keep quiet.
You can't wish away such infractions such as this one in any workplace.
Your ancestors that you are so much in love with, what makes you think they don't have issues with people too?
Your case is severe Stockholm's syndrome. Get help

Thank God there is no mention of sexual harassment. This can be sorted amicably. Some employees can be toxic too.

Truth. Many Nigerian youths are already criminals, so believe me, nothing will change if the youths take over. It's about individual character and integrity.

Sadly, there are many more that need to go through this route.

They are in the finance, telecommunications, government parastals, faith based institutions, schools etc..

Some of them live and breathe scandal

Your small rotten tribalist ridden Yoruba mind cannot distinguish between Efe (Bini or Urhobo) and Eke (Igbo). Typically Yoruba mindset that all non Yoruba southerners are Igbo
