This is not funny any longer. I woke up craving puff puff and wanted to buy from the woman frying down the road but on second thoughts I felt it would be cheaper to make it myself. So, I proceeded to a confectionary store only to get there and was taken aback at the price of ordinary puff ingredients. I couldn't turn back. I had to buy in smaller quantities, still it was costly. I used half of the ingredients I got. Pics 1 Mixed all dry ingredients, flour, yeast, sugar and salt Pics 2 Added warm water and mixed very well. Covered and allowed to rise for 10 mins Pics 3 The batter has risen to half the size. I then poured oil in the pan and began to fry. Pics 4 Puff ready and served. Bon-apetit everyone.
