Ortom may not be far from the truth, there are evidences everywhere killer herdsmen are protected, and are treated as ''sacred offenders'' even with their murderous and destructive acts everywhere they go, for the presidency to deny this from Ortom should not come to anybody as a surprise. Lies and denials are their stock in trade, however they will not succeed.
