How do we effectively hold our leaders accountable


President Buhari has performed below expectations..all we do is complain, cry, and all....are these the ways to hold him accountable
He seems not to bother about our noises...same with under performing Governors and other political office holders.


If Peter Obi says... citizens participation and holding leaders accountable...In practical terms, how can these have effect on elected leaders
