Garba Shehu did a terrible job with this damage control. He succeeded in affirming that NO TOP SECURITY CHIEF DIVULGED SUCH INFORMATION TO GOVERNOR SAMUEL ORTOM. However, he FAILED TO ASSURE US THAT BUHARI AS A PRESIDENT NEITHER GAVE THE ORDER, NOR IS CAPABLE OF GIVING SUCH ORDERS.

Even Maiduguri that Boko Haram ravaged still commissioned roads and other projects. Benue is not as bad as ortom keeps lieing. But of course he has people like u that keep swallowing the lies.

The whole country is been lied to by the different level of government, so do not make it look as if it is only Ortom that did not develop his state.
You may be right about Maiduguri but you should also understand that most Niger Delta Governor apart from Wike who collect so much allocations from the federal government ended up doing nothing in their states despite the prevailing peace in those states
