The attacks in Syria Following the increasing Israeli attacks on Iranian targets in the Syrian territory, the latest of which was an attack on the international airport in Aleppo, a meeting was held between Russian officers and senior Iranian officials at the Hama military airport, in which the Russians informed the Iranian militias of the need to leave their headquarters in order to avoid the bombings. The Russians' demand for the Iranians: “Evacuate the site next to the 49th Battalion, as this site contains Russian-made long-range missiles and military equipment, and a second site is in the Hamdiya area near the Syrian coast.” (Abu Saleh) |

HolinessForever:They are trying to put a price cap on oil and gas. So Russia is expediting the process by shutting off completely gas supplies to Europe. Let them buy Russian oil and gas from China and pay higher. These set of leaders just fell for the trap set by Uncle Sam. |

A Russian politician supportive of President Vladimir Putin reportedly supports a draft that would add an extra 300,000 to 500,000 troops to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine as Russia looks to bolster its manpower. Aleksandr Borodai, who serves in Russia's State Duma and helped lead pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine in 2014, told The New York Times that without such a draft, Russian units will remain outnumbered by Ukraine's forces. He also said that it was a "glaring injustice" that life in the Russian capital of Moscow was just as it was before the war began, while Russia's troops continue to die or decline in health.

okeysoninv:As it stands, Russia has won against the entire west by using less than 200k soldiers to fight an army of 700k soldiers not to talk of the reserves that were brought in, plus thousands of foreign mercenaries from over 30 countries + over 20-30 billion worth of arms and intelligence supplied by the west + NATO, M16, CIA, MOSSAD and all other western intelligence. This war would be written as one of the greatest wars ever fought by mankind. |

ISIS "Al Hisba" leader was killed in Syria. According to Syrian sources, the former leader of ISIS's al-Hisbah (the organization's secret police), Musaad al-Halawi, was killed in an attack at dawn yesterday in Deir ez-Zor, Syria. The attack was carried out by the US-led coalition. Sources claim that Halawi was in the past the commander of Al Hisba, a mechanism that enforced the public's instructions for ISIS policy in places such as markets, schools, community spaces and places of worship. It seems that the Ukrainian army has started using Iranian-made artillery ammunition - in a video from Ukraine, Iranian OF-462 122 mm projectiles were detected. The markings are barely visible but can still be identified as Iranian by parts of the packing list which is the same as the Iranian ammunition boxes. (GLOBAL Telegram)

The timing of Gazprom's move is certainly interesting. It comes on the same day the G7 announced moves to cap the price of Russia's oil exports. But it also comes shortly after Germany - which is heavily reliant on Russian gas - revealed that its winter storage was filling up faster than expected . Culled from the BBC |
