I think the amount of floors you want to build will determine the foundation adopted......if just a floor you could opt for raft.....more than then you might have to do pile....but overall the soil test report should advise on the type of foundation to be used coolestchris: |

Soil test will suggest the suitable kind of foundation to be adopted based on the load of the proposed building. |
