Jodera:Spy and his oversabi tactics Be like we go appoint am as assistant coach since he don know Arteta tactics pass am ..But for real, how will someone say arsenal doesn’t use DM because Partey is good offensively and defensively? Oga spy, we suppose flog you for seven market days ![]() Na joke I dey ooo ![]() |

Ellexy:He won the ball with his left leg, his right leg (which was the stamp leg) was for balance which hit Bruno. How is that a red? Especially when he's clearly won/intercepted the ball with the left leg It would have been clearly different if the left leg was the one that stamped him since that's the one he wanted to tackle Bruno with not the right leg. Na agenda Una dey run with dis misyarn make I know cos I know understand. This thing happens regularly in football sef and Pogba na the biggest culprit |

Shegzdave:Lol... That bolded is funny die ![]() No mind spy, Today wey dem capitalise on his boy defensive frailties, na that time him know say na Arteta deh at fault and we no suppose dey use highline. Highline wey we get 3 good positionally sound and fast CBs ooo. Highline wey deh make us pressure utd and make us win ball high up the pitch which is what we were always doing effectively. The only zones that caused those goals was that DM zone and someone like Elneny would snuff those ball out. I don't want to even go a notch higher in calling Partey sef. |

FT: #MUN 3-1 #ARS THE TRUTHS: - Odegaard romances the ball too much - Sancho must get more involved - Saka needs rest - White can't play WB/RB - Rashford - reborn - Gabriel needs factory reset - Eriksen is a steal - Bruno - Mr effective Martinelli's decision making is poor - Ronaldo still needed. - McTominay was tidy Arsenal brought back to reality #copied Looks almost accurate. |

I'll never blame Arteta for today's tactics. We were spot on, we dominated, we created chances. The only issue was Lokonga but then with such a performance against Aston Villa, he deserved the chance so I won't blame him much. Another issue was converting chances created. Before this gameweek matches, Arsenal was the highest in terms of XG even higher than Man city but if you look at goals scored this season, Man city have more goals than us. I complained about us not taking our clean chances and today it reared its ugly head again. Saliba missed a clean chance, Saka had a clean chance to shoot but decide to pass to Odegaard who was even at a harder position sef (I dunno for what reason). This is just first half oo. Second half, Odegaard missed a very very clean chance when presented to him by Gabriel Jesus good work. All these at the top of my head I can remember . While I acknowledge the vast improvement in this team, we need to be ruthless in killing games wen presented with opportunities |

Ellexy:Bring a gif not a picture let's judge. You could clearly see the ball is already at the 2nd leg(left leg) meaning he's won the ball. Bring a gif that supports that it was a stamp move |

Shegzdave:God knows I won't call these two people. I'll never get hyped up on Marquinhos until I see him doing it in Europa consistently so at least till Dec before I'll even consider him or not. Viera, with his style of play can't play Wing at all. Saka go really die for that wing sha, I just hope him no get injury cos this club don't really put am for serious situation as dem no provide am quality backup ![]() |

Ellexy:I just scanned you guys thread. Not one, I mean one person talked about this foul as a red card when the match was ongoing. Like I said, you and La.na just wan do agenda. Anybody wey watch that match know say that can never be a red card |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Lana1(m): 11:51pm On Sep 04, 2022 |
Jodera:We didn't talk about it because we dont moan about refs and VAR every blessed day unlike the fans of certain London clubs. Unlike you guys, we understand that the use of VAR has been inconsistent and will fúck each and every team. |

Lana1:Of course, when decision dey always favor Una, wetin deh to talk about. Even to even talk about the violent foul, nobody talked about it, but it reach Malacia turn wey Saka do am, na that time Una find Una voice. ![]() Var Fvcks every team up.... Except man u. Jodera:He still needs that rest. Factory reset, if at all we want him firing from the cylinders and Vials. Burnout is already looking obvious despite the coming tops vs Malacia |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Roland17(m): 2:17am On Sep 05, 2022 |
Jodera:For the longest time I have been harping on our over reliance on Saka and the unbelievable amount of consecutive games he has played for us. Worse still is the fact that he is playing all 90 minutes or more than 80 minutes in these consecutive games. There are games he looks jaded afterwards and unable to stay up. Sadly, we are short on the RW so Arteta will continue to play him until he breaks down or we begin to see a consistent decline in performance because of burnout. I guess Nelson was supposed to be his cover but he is injured so it just makes everything worse. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 2:20am On Sep 05, 2022 |
Jodera:The bolded and the second paragraph contradict themselves. Besides what sort of question is that in a football match? In managing a match you know when to play high and when to fall back a little. We pushed to high with much at stake. But we learn every day. |

BlueRayDick:Are you serious? Who should I blame, Buhari? If his players are not taking the instructions he gives them, I will blame him. That's why he is the manager. He has to manage the team |

Shegzdave:The tactics used by Arteta does not require a DM. Simple. That's because one of our fullbacks is always inverted. I can't say more. The case of Lokonga wandering for me is his trying to impress. He should have been called to order. He showed inexperience there and someone with experience like Xhaka or Arteta should have called. Even me I was shouting, talk less of Arteta. That's what coaches and captains should do. It's the reason Elneny looks better because he will never wander away. Again, playing a high line at 1-1 away to a top side after just scoring was an error in game management. If we had taken out time we would have won that match 3-1. |
