What is happening? Other banks are moving forward in their recruitment stages. Polaris is just stagnant.

If you have an Assessment centre with other banks or Training School with other banks, please go for them. Don't rely on only Polaris Bank.

I don't think Polaris Bank are ready for a Training school at the moment.

Training is just a month, then 6 months after that is confirmation after meeting some certain requirements, Durning the one month virtual training 20k. pre-confirmation, I'm not sure but rumour has about 150k-170k, post confirmation rumour is about 230k.
I'm not sure though, anyone with reliable info can help confirm

Please what happens, if someone was not able to take part in one of the Assessment center stages.
