If Agenda no Agend wetin we gain? Kokane has been on Gabu since the day he was signed. There is absolutely nothing new to what Kokane is spilling about Gabu! You can go back 4-5 years and see my debate against him on this Gabu matter. Mustafi with Arsenal was earning 90K/ wk and dishing us pain.. guess how much Gabu has been earning since he joined Arsenal? 50K.. |

iamoyindamola:Well, to me Saka and Martinelli was better First Half with Martinelli the better of the two. 2nd half Saka was clearly better. Martinelli decision making was just wrong most times in that 2nd half |

This game better tweak the way Arteta plays against the top 6. Absolutely. We can't be moving left right right left in front of their box. Any of the 5 managers will set up structure cos they know it's space we need. We better start aiming for result than flair vs them. Especially when we don't have all the legs to execute. The decision making was too poor. Shot dem no fire. Very annoying sincerely. We didn't even think of firing so we can get rebounds. Arghh. Odegaard Nelli Jesus Saka All had chances to sting the palms of De gea but indecisive. These are the chances that separate boys from men, regardless of who is better, or who passes better or who carry possession. The onus lies on Arteta sha. I'm glad someone finally talked about those disaster subs. The players may be good but if it further exposed us to ridicule and conceding goals...taaaah |

Jodera:Distribution was perfect But goalkeeping mistake was not something Emi Martinez would do. Tbh. They will score Martinez but that Antony goal would not have happened. I think all shots on goal went in, save three. AON shows Arteta loves White. I think it's becoming detrimental, sincerely. Saliba won't be here if Recruitment team didn't do their part. Guy doesn't show he wanted him atall. But we meuve. Bottomline Rams may need to stop engaging the fans as much he currently does. I think it riles him up to a standard that doesn't help his confidence. Just saying. |

daveP:For the 1st goal, Antony's body shape showed him where the ball was going, I was shocked he quickly dived to his near post. |

Anyone remember when Gabu was benched in place of P. Mari…..Well, we know how that ended after watching Mari. One now plays for Monza and the other is being courted by Juventus and PSG. Is Gabu the 2nd coming F. Baresi? No.. absolutely not…does he make mistakes? Yes, without a doubt but to justify your position because of your Mustafi agenda and then compare? Oh come one now! Gabu is 100 times better than Mustafi whether him play behind Lobi Stars midfielders or City midfielders.. Don’t get it twisted, all of these agenda stemmed from DWYL…..nothing more.. Agenda must Agend!!! We meuve.. |

It is completely wrong to blame your keeper for that Antony's goal. On a very good day he went in the right direction. Antony's body posture could be called a bluff, it was a split-second decision. Assuming he trapped the ball or tried to push it forward or a straight shot or even placed it on the right side, the Goal keeper had a better chance of saving it. So the goal keeper already had about 8/10 probability of catching the ball. It was just a well placed ball which will be difficult for any keeper to catch. In Hindsight; everybody knows the perfect thing to do after an event has occurred. |

Shegzdave:Was he the only one that left his position? Where was Xhaka? Was he the only one that gave a wrong pass? Where were his teammates that should cover him? Good thing was that he was not there when they scored the third goal if not na to still blame am. As agenda must agend no matter what. He will play the next game, so get ready to jam wall. ![]() |

Jodera:Let me explain to you why White is preferred. In the tactics, the fullbacks become inverted during attacking phase. This allows one of the CMs (Xhaka) to push forward into the no 8position on the opposite flank to add more bodies, create an overload and also add to the press when the ball is lost. Zinchenko does this also on the other side. White is better at this than Tomiyasu. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 1:54pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
daveP:That Tomi benching for White is now some how. Sometimes White will play fine game, sometimes he'll just become passive but each time Tomi is introduced you'll see the a vast difference. Worst part is that it's not as if Tomi is bad defensively. And sometimes we wonder why Saka haven't reach the great height of last season. That goal, I won't blame Rams sha. It was reflex and split second decision. All these things is easier said than done looking at it "after" it have happened. |

Spy360:Point me where I accused Sambi for the 3rd goal. I specifically talked about the first and second goal mostly while I solely blamed Arteta for his stupidity of his Panick sub for the 3rd goal cos it disrupted the structure and it was as if there was no plan. Where you see me blame Sambi for the 3rd goal, bring am make I see |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 2:06pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
Spy360:they only become inverted if the other fullback attacks. Meaning if Zinchenko attacks, White will become inverted and otherwise. Both don't become inverted at the same time. Aside that, there's an understanding between Zinchenko, Xhaka and Martinelli but it's lacking with Odegaard, Saka and White. In fact, there's less exchanges between White and Saka. I know how many exchanges Tomi made when he came on for White against Aston Villa. I would never believe White plays that role more than Tomi until I sees it. Everyone knows Arteta loves White and na one of the few reasons he's benching Tomi. |

eph12:I tell you. Dalot handled Martinelli well in the 2nd half and I was thinking it'll be the other way round as I imagined Malacia been a better defender than him. But the way Saka was just passing him and creating chaos, na just the help of Martinez reduce the damage |

Please, Arteta should work on these guys shooting skills, if na to try employ Henry as striker's coach they should biko. All these chances we're missing by our attackers no gel. This is reminiscent of Wenger days were we'll play and play and probably want to pass ball into the net. Beautiful play and lose. I don't want to relieve that nonsense again please. EPL is getting tougher. |

Pls let's leave mustafi Gabu usually scores goals for us from set pieces. Gabu scored 3 goals last season (highest goal scorer by a CB). It was the change in tactics that lead to our loss. Odegard and Co should learn to shoot more. We lost but one thing. Both central referee and VAR that officiated the game are from greater Manchester so there is definitely bias toward their team. The first goal scored by Martinelli that was cancelled should have stood. On to the next |
