HQ is in West, has presence in two African countries
Pay is 150k

Company B
HQ is in Asia, it's a start up in Nigeria power sector
Pay is 200k

if you can't name the companies, then stop wasting people's time
you expect advise based on this meaningless information?

HQ is in west. do you know how many countries are in the west? portugal is a western country
HQ is in asia. Bangladesh is also in Asia. So is Myanmar.

it depends, most Asian countries are mainly into trading or construction especially China. I would advise company A because American firms have good opportunity.
American company with a startup of 150k is not a good American company as we all know it.
