I beg your pardon give the man his flowers. He has tried and deserve commendations. Nobody is perfect but as far as Abia State is concerned Ikpeazu has done tremendously well by any given standard going by the State he inherited. His successor will have a lot to build on.

The shortest route from Portharcourt to Umuahia is a Federal Highway, on which this bridge stands and lately State goverments have been warned to stay action on any maintenance, not that the Abia State government can even try. The Federal Government owns all highways and interstates in Nigeria.
