Dear Nairalanders, can I really rely on these Samsung Galaxy A30 screens I'm seeing on AliExpress? They cost from 8-15k! Pls guys help me out. My phone is blind & I need my data in the phone. How much will it cost to change it in 9ja? |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by horlahwaley(m): 2:53pm On Sep 04, 2022 |
Djdannyb4u:those screens are cheap for a reason. Your A30 came with Amoled but those ones you see are lcd versions which are substandard. |

Pls where can I purchase galaxy a52s in Nigeria. I've checked retail stores & I'm told it isn't available since 5g network isn't available here in our country. And if it's available, what's the current price of it? |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by Auskyd(m): 8:50am On Sep 05, 2022 |
airprinz: It’s available, but you might not be able to get it a retail stores as the A53 is out already. And there’s 5G oh lol. No dey downgrade us like that. Try searching here on NL, or Go to Ikeja if you are in Lagos and ask for it. |

Re: Samsung Official Thread by airprinz(m): 3:42pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
Auskyd:So until person dey Ikeja/Lagos before him fid buy phone wey dey scarce? I don tired for this country already. Besides, A52 that came before the phone is still available at retail stores. I wonder why this particular model of phone is scarce this way. Retailers are not even helping matters in anywhere. Some said it's because of the lack of 5g as I mentioned earlier that is making the phone not to be available, while the rest said the phone stopped at India and not globally |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by credon: 4:53pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
airprinz:The thing is, a52s is not meant for our market, if you check samsung africa website, you won't see the a52s there. You can only get it online may be jumia or ebay/amazon |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by Auskyd(m): 5:25pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
airprinz: No be small matter. You could just buy the A52 Tho. More value for money imo |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by airprinz(m): 6:46pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
credon:And to get it through there will be even more expensive than getting it at retail stores i.e if you could see it there |
Re: Samsung Official Thread by airprinz(m): 7:02pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
Auskyd:My cousin sent me for the phone because the chipset is better than one in a52. Anyway, I'll try and convince him to settle for the a52, if he doesn't agree I'll give him his money let him go and find the a52s himself 1 Like |

Deicide:I took the phone to a repairer & said it will cost 25k to change the screen. I asked if it's an AMOLED screen he'll change it with? All he said was: "oga, the original screen na 40k. This screen wey I go give you still dey Ok. Na im I dey put for oda pipo & nobody don come complain.” Technicians & dia languages. 1 Like |
