One. The ruling PDP in 2015 was clearly failing in all aspects of governance.
Two. Nigeria could just not continue as a one-party state without a viable alternative to the PDP.
Three. The emergence of the APC has given Nigerians a viable choice going forward no matter what the present situation is.
And many more point, for time sake.

However the choice of :President Buhari was clearly for popular sentiments, an instrument of winning elections and not for values of competencies. This is the 0.1% that has done this country in.

The lessons are clear to all, not only the south-west.
Do not present candidates just because they can win alone, but because they can rule properly.
Winning is not everything.
You can win battles and lose the war.

SW seems not to have learn any lesson. They preferred Tinubu to Osinbajo and Adesina because they believe that Tinubu can win election even though Osinbajo and Adesina have better antecedant.
