In the PDP, it is correct that the North gets the presidential ticket because the last president, Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP, is from the South.

And out of the 16 years of PDP leadership of Nigeria, 14 were by Southerners, hence it is the right of the North to demand the presidential ticket of the PDP. It is that simple!

As for Ayu also coming from the North, it is also due to Wike's lack of tact and strategy. He's always quarrelsome and lacks focus. He initiated the moved against Secondus and cost the South the Chairmanship position.
