The British Colonial establishment placed the North at the peak of power in my dear country. For that I’ll always be indebted to the British Royal Crown and the method of indirect rule for my people & our dear Monarchs. Rest In Peace Queen Elizabeth.

Let's wait and see how the dead queen will sustain you at the peak.

Igbo will cut down and uproot the seed of British colonization of Nigeria and the fall of your migrant tribe will be massive.

Let's watch out and see.
Haters will only hate and that will not stop Ndị Igbo from performing our big brother role of setting Nigerian tribes free from demonic strongholds.

One thing I like about the average northerner is that they acknowledge the fact that they are cheating others, unlike one region who believe those been cheated can go to hail.

And someone cannot easily relate this post to the attacks on the American professor on Nairaland. This makes it a coin of two sides; both point to the direction of inequality and atrocities of the queendom.

The British authorities feared Awolowo's intellectualism and sagacity that they conspired and he was rigged out. Here was a man that was a century ahead of his peers. Don't take my word for it, visit your history- The NTA you have on your TV screen today was formerly the WNTV, the first in Africa. Under Awolowo, the King of Saudi Arabia came all the way down to Nigeria for medicals in the old University teaching hospital, Ibadan. Free medical care for all, free and compulsory Education, including scholarships for students abroad (UK) funded by the Western Government. Agriculture was the major revenue earner with commodity boards directly buying off agricultural produce from Farmers profitably and selling to consumers at reasonably prices.
Wait for this, Awolowo was the first to establish an Embassy in the UK aimed at promoting diplomatic relations between the UK Govt and the Govt of Western Nigeria but unfortunately, ALL of these gains and more were eroded when a section of the country led by Aguiyi Ironsi destroyed regionalism and replaced it with Unitary System of Government through Section 34 of Unification Decree. Now, SW has become" be as I be" but we muuve!, God pass dem.
At the time the British were leaving us, they gave to each section of the country her own regional autonomy while handing the affairs of the central government to the duo of Hausa/Fulani and Ibo as Prime Minister and Governor-General respectively. However, unfortunately, three years into our budding republic, some greedy folks from a section of the country, in their wiles and clannish egoistical attempts at dominating the rest of the country- According to Azikiwe who had said in 1947 that " it seems as though the God of Africa had created the ibos to dominate and lead the African Continent", hatched the very first and bloodiest coup ever known on Nigerian soil whereby both Military and democratic leaders of Western, Midwest and Northern were gruesomely murderer leaving "their own" to spare.
Bashir Elrufai has every rights to bask and be boastful not because the North were greedy with power but because ibos introduced a needless coup and would later collapse a functioning regional system and above all kicked against secession clause into the 1959 constitution, which allowed the North took advantage of the lapses created, thus entrenching their grip on power. Power is sweet, they tasted it and loved it. I could remember that the North were contented with the progress of the regional Government with cotton, hides and skin providing the major source of revenue. Until Azikiwe and his Ibo comrades threw Awolowo under the bus to align with the North.
The likes of Prof. Uju Anya is only paying for the sins and the carelessness of her ancestors, ( especially the stupidity of Ojukwu during the war) so, she should kindly STFU and take a back seat.
Your forefathers were already regretting making you a 4th class citizen at the gate of their graves.

Not true, Ibos inadvertently put the north in position of power.
He should be thankful for Ifeajuna and Ironsi. And Azikiwe too.

It should be an insult to you. They see the north to be the dumbest, most incompetent and the most easily manipulated of all the regions. They gave you that so that they could always have a say in Nigerian affairs. But you guys' stupidity is legendary. You wouldn't recognize an insult even if it's splashed on your face.
