one particular day,my mom just came back from an outing and was a bit tired and my dad told her he was hungry that she should cook for him,my mom was like am tired to cook that there is food in d freezer he can warm,he said its eba he wants to eat so one thing led to another and he said: i married you to cook for me. Sometimes he wil threaten my mum that he .is going to report her to her father if they have arguement o,not misunderstanding.

So what do you want nairalanders to do for you now? To come and carry cane and flog your father or advise he should divorce your mum? These things should be handled in private please.

Maybe you should drop your father's number also so that we can call him and warn him

In this age, most dad's are just useless.

Our traditional way of marriage is not for everyone. They are things that comes with marriage, so if anyone cannot cope its better not to enter it or probably be specific before marriage.
In as much as one has to be understanding (in this case you dad should have understand that she is tired if properly communicated) traditionally, its the duty of a wife to take care of home which includes food.
These are things they tell the woman during traditional marriage, especially by her own people.
