Lagos needs to increase the waste pickup cycle and also increase the punishment for things like this, a month in jail or a fine of 100,000 Naira will deter most people. I was in Ikoyi for 2 weeks and I was amazed at how clean it was. Lagos is flooding no be by government alone, una demonic and downright shameful attitude contributes to it as well.....I come in peace!
