Depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPDR), is a mental disorder in which the person has persistent or recurrent feelings of depersonalization or derealization. Depersonalization is described as feeling disconnected or detached from one's self.


I have meet with over 10 doctors, After series of medical checkup, they all said i'm okay. But i know i'm not, i keep having the feeling that i'm not real, nothing is real to me, everything feels unreal. Everything feels like i'm in a dream.

I have made series of research online, no cure!. .


Please i need help

I've seen some therapists. They have little idea about this disorder because there're limited knowledge on it. I've chatted with some people living with DPDR online from different countries, they are placed on med that reduced the symptoms, but not DPDR itself, in short, there's no known cure/treatment that work
