I need an advice with what to do with the phcn in our area here at campus in Lagos island, we are only six using the electricity in our apartment and every month they keep on increasing the bill and they will insist that you must pay all the amount that is written in the bill is that even possible and this month they bing another crazy amount which is 67,000 and we paid 36,000 out of it and they cut the light and insist we should paid at least 65,000.
Plz help where can I lodge the complain for those criminal to reduce the crazy bill they are giving us, cause we went to their office at Ajele they did nothing about it

I've written lot of letter and even meet some of their directors and explain everything to them, still yet they are still bringing crazy bill.
