Its simple - you are not a working royal so you and your offspring are not entitled to HRH. Prince Andrew was a working royal until retired, his daughters got HRH when he was a working royal.

What makes you the prince is neither your training nor your birth but the king conferring you with the title. It's the sole right of the king to choose whom would be his princes.

The title HRH is automatic. It is not based on good behavior But once a beneficiary abdicates, It is no longer automatic. the Law of the firm gives the king the power to withdraw the title bestowed or leave it as he chooses. “Abdication of duties and renouncing/rejecting it also removes compulsory and automatic conferrment of the title HRH to all the descendants of an abdicated royal”. It’s all a matter of the kings choice. He can choose to confer it based on his graciousness and he can choose not to .
When HRH king Edward abdicated his duties, His sibling the new king George VI decided to leave his title HRH out of his graciousness, but not to confer it on his wife . He even phoned in everyday to persuade the king to at least confer the title HRH on his wife Duchess of Windsor.The king was pissed and blocked off his calls.
It was a matter of the king’s own personal decision .

HRH is a title, titles are things you work for, or given by the discretion of the king and his council. Nothing can ever stop them from being Prince, no one said they are no more Princes. You think everyone gets all their information from nairaland?

Sorry, but I don't mean any offence, what do Nigerians have with the British royal family.
Because I know Nigeria is independent now for about 70yrs and yet can not organize a free and fair election yet will comment on what that has to do with far away British royal family.

Meghan honestly didn’t think things through before marrying into the family.

Once one branch of the tree enters power, the rest are severed. The only way her children can get titles is if William dies and the role of prince/future king falls on Harry.

Elizabeth had more than one child. The rest aren’t mentioned apart from Andrew because of his role as the spare if anything happened to Charles. Also, Elizabeth’s cousins were originally meant to be rulers. The throne came her way because her uncle abandoned the crown to which his brother (her father) accepted. That act cut all her cousins off their birthright.
