Overdo is in our DNA. I refused water heater in the kitchen, no to full bathroom and kitchen tiles and no to their Royal chairs, sectional sofa will do.

We have it in the kitchen. Has its own separate tap. Useless most of the time but madam sometimes use it when cooking.

If it's for your residence, go for electric fence wire system.
Price for a plot: barbed wire will cost you 160k or slightly more.
Electric fence wires will cost you between 300k - 350k. It depends on your bargaining power.
I'm not an expert. I just blv that the barb wires won't offer much deterrence and don't really look beautiful on the fence as the electric fence wires.
I made a deposit for electric fence last week. To be fixed when the masons are done with the plastering of the fence later in the month.

If the rate is #3500/m, then a 100ft x 50ft plot should cost you about 320k, not 1.5m Sir.

We have never used the water-heater in my kitchen. Even the ones in the bathroom na once in a while. My friend tried to stop me from buying it then but I though he never wanted my house to be sophisticated like his own. Now I am realizing a lot of things.

If yes, what size of pipe is it and will the pipe just open up into the roof void or channelled somewhere outside the roof?

All I see locally are 18 gauge brad nailers.

Will I also have to import this? Not that I cannot but time is of the essence.

Can't the former be found in Nigeria?

I need to do some woodwork and finding the right tool has been difficult, I searched online and reached out to tool sellers in Lagos and Abuja without success.

Today I bought an 18 guage brad nailer locally while also placing an order for the 23 gauge pin nailer from overseas.

The sellers say these are low demand products in Nigerian so those who sell, don't stock it again or plan to restock if the current stock is exhausted.

I know that there are people who have and use these equipment, but the average carpenter in Nigeria can't be bothered, and it shows in the finishing of their work.

It's a 6inch Pipe and it goes to that window side and burst outside. So comes straight from outside through that window side and a bend is put at that point that made it face downwards. Yes it's for the kitchen extractor. It will eventually be hidden by the cabinet. That one that comes out will even be removed later, it's just there so the POP guys know where to leave the hole. See the pix before POP was done.

I want to paint my house's exterior and fence but I am confused.

The painter suggested satin for the exterior but emulsion for the fence.

But my friend's wife who works in a paint company in Lagos suggested that I should use ultra-fine matte emulsion for both.

Note: I screeded the exterior but didn't screed the fence.

1. Please, what's the difference between satin and ultrafine matte emulsion?

2. Which one do you think I should go for?

3. I want suggestions on how to achieve the best without spending much.

Ok, I get it now...the pipe runs under decking and not into the roof like I thought. But, just out of curiosity, if the building was a bungalow or the kitchen was on the top floor, would it be better to pass the pipe through the ceiling than through the block wall under the ceiling?
