After inspecting the Dr Peter Odili Cancer and Cardiovascular Diseases Centre today, I am glad we took this bold step as it would help the increasing number of people suffering from cancer and heart diseases by providing premium healthcare services at a more affordable cost.

Julius Berger is putting the finishing touches to the centre as it will be commissioned soon. It is equipped to intenational best standards and will be managed in partnership with experienced International partners. - Gov. Nyesom Wike

See as building be like renovated complex. We already know its for elites in the state that can't travel to India or UK due to non diplomatic passport as the governor, btw it's not a top notch from oil state. That structure is like building a hotel by an individual.
