Hello people
Am in need of an urgent opinion about UK skilled worker visa
I submitted my documents for the visa last month and 2 weeks later I got a reply from UK Decision making centre about providing addition documents for proof of English and prior to that I had submitted IELTS B1 life skills as proof.
So I had to book for IELTS General but wasn’t allowed to write cos of no passport. So eventually I wrote PTE Academic UKVI and I had 58 overall but I had above 60 in each but 39 in speaking. My 10 days for submission of the document ends by this Friday.
So house will I be given a pass?
Cos I tried to book for another PTE Academic UKVI but I was told to wait 5 days which means eventually my 10 days would have elapsed.
Please any idea on what I should do will be greatly appreciated

CEFR Work visa requirement is level B1 ...but even if you have B1, i think u cant go less than 43 in each component......u can check PTE website to be double sure...

If you are writting again....u might need to email them for more time...someone had the same issue with you here...and he said he mailed them for more time when he told them 10 days is not enough....and they gave him time

.....just hope they are nice to you too....those UKVI people sometimes have skuchees for head, so im not saying your case will be the same

My younger sister did IELTS UKVI Academic. My elder sister did ECCTIS UKVI NARIC(she didn't write any exams . She just sent her university BSc transcript). They both got COS and Visa for Care work tier 2 visa

Note: for my elder sister who got her Visa since 26th August, she applied and did biometrics with her husband same day 2nd August. Her husband is yet to get his Visa. It is has been at DMC for a month and half now.

Idp ukvi IELTS is acceptable.

You people should stop give information that you know nothing about.

You can't use life skills b1 for healthcare visa. It will be rejected.its either ukvi academics or general

I did mine through a police officer at Maitama Abuja 4months ago. Got in 5 working days, didn't go through any portal. Paid 35k.

For Care job you can do UKVI academic or UKVI General or UKVI Ecctis Naric (Bsc transcript no exam) or UKVI Pte etc.

She did academic because she is a nurse. She needed to score 7.0 in UKVI Academic to qualify for UK nursing exams (CBT test). But she scored 6. so we decided she should go to UK with Care Job. So she used the ILETS for the care job.
When she gets to UK, she can write IELTS again to pursue her nursing career.

We were applying on indeed from January to April 2022. We were getting rejections mostly with "they are looking for those already in the UK".

A family member in UK introduce us to a recruitment agency . The agency assisted to get the Job.

Actually right now, the agency is refusing more people. they are struggling to get COS for all the people they have accepted to "help".

I have friends and relatives the agency have rejected because they have too many people already they want to help .

It took the agency 3 months to get COS for my elder sister and 4 months to get for my younger sister.

It is tough for them too

Have said this thing before,people should get their friends and family abroad to help them get AGENCY that recruits for job,is not everyone that gets lucky, even on ur cos ,they will indicate if is direct from agent or company,that is to say both ways works ,I sha know in most homes u av at least one person in uk,but we like coding and surprises.it is well ,my prayer is for everyone to get what they desire in as much one has to make certain sacrifices ask for help !!!

Good Afternoon people, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that have one way or the other helped with details and information to guide those of us in the process and those yet to commence on this project.
I would like to state that I got my transcript some years ago that was addressed and sent to a school but was given the student copy that was printed in black and white and was embossed with "STUDENT COPY" scattered all around the transcript. I tried to request for another transcript from the school I graduated from and the authority is asking I go and apply online and at the moment the set of application they are processing right now is those that applied online in February and this September already so meaning if I apply online I might not be able to get mine till next year, So I uploaded the student copy (Printed in Black and White) carrying the school that I applied for back then in 2014,addressed to the said school...My question here is, Would ECCTIS accept that same transcript carrying student copy though have not yet made payment. I am asking that if I make payment, Would they (ECCTIS) accept a student copy of a transcript addressed to another school entirely?

I also would appreciate if someone can help upload a copy of the English proficiency letter or what the contents of such letter should be....I would appreciate a quick response on this as I am way behind schedule...….Thanks in anticipation while praying that we all get a positive outcome from all our endeavor going forward....

Hello NARIC will request for stamped transcript. I uploaded a transcript thàt just looked like photocopy (an error from the school).I had to go back to the school for stamping. Get the necessary document right cos NARIC will not attend to ur document without payment n when you pay u have to upload the right document before the document is processed

You'll not be allowed to use life skills. If you try using it, they will reject it and give you small time to supply the correct one like general UKVI. Problem is by that time they are already holding your passport which you need to write another. Don't go for life skills because its cheaper as you'll end up regretting it

Please shed some light on how to go about a paid call or message. I've received visa approval message since the first of this month September yet no mail about passport pick up for the past 15 days. Problem is it's assisted service as the company paid for everything so I can't track it. And they won't answer mail unless they got information to pass on like the message received from UKVI on the first of this month about the visa been approved, they forwarded the message. Then nothing. So someone should help on how to go about paid mail so I can Contact them to know why the delay because someone else that was approved after my has received his passport with visa
