You should go do.yor research properly, Green energy initiatives have been in global powers talk long before someone of you were born, yet nothing tangible has been done about it. We still a world of bombs, War, Gas flaring in Europe and the likes.

Y'all need to go study some more to really understand that having insecurity and climate change is double threat to Nigerians. But first we need to tackle the one within our reach which is insecurity, tackling and handling greener energy is a process and it would be slow and steady.

Stop being dumb, I don't know where and how you got the info that Climate Change is the number threat to human survival, especially in Nigeria.

If you don't support a candidate, you don't have to lie deliberately. We're not stupid. Have you checked Nigeria's contribution to CO2 emissions? We don't contribute upto 3% but you want us a poor country to make something like that a priority. Are you this dumb? I know you're saying this because it's not your candidate.

Europe that contributes far more than us have returned back to fossil fuel as way to tackle energy crisis but you want Nigeria, a country that doesn't contribute even a tiny bit to CO2 emissions and a country that doesn't even have energy to make such frivolities a priority.

Nigeria's priorities right now are economy and security or lives and properties. The west and Asia that destroyed the climate should be the ones much more interested in fixing the mess they made.

It is often suggested that to improve power supply across the country, electricity generation and transmission should be transferred to the concurrent list from the exclusive list.

It means that States would have to look beyond hydroelectricity and hydrocarbon to generate enough energy to boost industrialization. A state without Natural Gas or a dam may utilize green energy to increase its output and boost industrialization.

That was a reply the questioner hoped for.
