As a GCE certificate holder and a first class degree holder, Peter Obituary is not a threat to Tinubu.

I believe that OBI Pandora stole the money of the people in Anambra and he afterwards transferred all the loot to Pandora's offshore accounts so that the people will not realize he was a thief.
