When it's scanned for delivery, it doesn't mean it'd be delivered that day. Scanned items could be many and to different areas/terrain. If you could wait for weeks, you should be able to wait a few days.

Undelivered scanned packages could be as a result of overwhelming deliveries, bad terrain, logistics issues, network wahala, difficult recipients that delayed receipts etc.

It's not always their fault. Bare with them.

Please how would I know if my package has arrived the nearest post office? Aliexpress tracking show it has arrived the destination country more than 10 days ago.

Unfortunately, that's the limit, and you cannot bypass it.
But if you can send the money in naira to a friend or someone in china, then they give you RMB (Yuan) then you will be able to buy or purchase the item. But it's a process that involves two to three parties.
Furthermore, if you have someone with a valid WeChat account, then it makes things easier.

Omo I already opened dispute.. since they confirmed my delivery... I will check my post office this week, if I get my product I will cancel the dispute request.

I have a pyypl account
you can only use international passport to open a pyypl account and immediately a pyypl card would be issued to you.

for now only zenith and uba cards are the cards working perfectly on it which is limited to 20$ for both cards

sweet thing about it is you can use third party card for funding it without any issue

zenith charges 513 per dollar
Uba charges 491 per dollar

Your address will receive the items. Sometimes ago, I do use 234 as zip code when I don't know what it is for but I still receive my items.
