Many States have their security units made up of Police, para-military and civilian collaborators in which the States provide Financial incentives like special allowances for the Police participants, Communication gadgets and security vehicles. The Lagos State security units Code named Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and Oyo State Security unit code named 'Abefele Squads' were established in 1999 by Govs Tinubu and Lam Adeshina respectively. Similar outfits were established in different but weren't sustained by their successors. Massiveglory:Lagos state has its own police trust fund initiated during Tinubu tenure, still in existence, raising billions, they equip the police department adequately, something Obi can not envisage. Obi does not love Anambra, he knows in igboland all man is greedy, he was just diverting Anambra's funds, securing his bag.
