Do you have blockage in one of your nostrils as in you can't breathe from one part of your nose??

Yes. This has been affecting me a good number of years now sir. It feels like there's food/lump stuck in my throat...even I feel it now and when I breathe hard(inhale n exhale), I can feel the vibration of something fluid vibrating too. It makes my breath smell awful. I just need to get rid of it permanently sir.

I never experienced any of these when i have been down with sinus infection quite a few times. I suggest you visit an ear, nose, and throat specialist to find the reasons behind such symptoms. What i used to sort out my nasal blockage (one nostril was closed shut such that i couldn't breathe from it) in one nostril was apple cider vinegar after spending a ton of cash on various anti-biotics and none helped. I mixed it with some water and inhaled it. I also drank some as well and it took a while before i was finally cured of my situation, but your issue is quite different from mine. Google apple cider vinegar and its medicinal uses and see if that helps your situation. If it does not, my earlier suggestion of a specialist will be the best course of action.
