Considering the cheapest land in Ikoyi is around 100 million for a 300 sqm plot, it will be foolishness to use 36 million to build anything there.

In summary, he is wrong to say 36 million will build a 2 bedroom in Ikoyi. Ikoyi is not the trenches where people construct a 2 bedroom nonsense just so they can be called land lord.

I know where you can get a plot of land for 200k here too . But what I’m saying is cost of erecting a standard and modern 4 bedrooms flat will cost 15-20m including fence , borehole , stone coated roofing, parapet, pop, tiles, casement ,paint , plumbing and electrical. You can not build a modern and standard 4 bedrooms flat with 5m anywhere in Nigeria. Except you just one build average house.

There are 60k, 80k, 150k usd samsung 98" versions. Not all Samsung TVs are the same. For instance, not all of them have 4K resolution. Some of them come equipped with Bangs and Olofsen speakers which on their own go for 10-25k usd.
